As always, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction!
(Please note that personalized and
engraved items may only be returned
due to defective materials or
workmanship.) You must notify Kelley Kreations by email
before returning any items in order to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Returned items without an RA # will
not be accepted
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item in the original package and condition within 7 days of receipt for a complete refund of the purchase price. Please include a copy of your receipt with any returns. Return item in original packaging and a padded envelope via insured mail (to protect you against lost or damaged merchandise) to:

Restringing/Repair Fee
|
|
|

There is a $5 (bracelets/watches) - $6 (necklaces) per strand restringing fee for any item in need of repair
or resizing. We use professional quality products (see FAQ for further explanation) in the design and "kreation" of each item at Kelley Kreations. However, if you find that your Kelley Kreation becomes damaged, don't worry! We will do our best to restore your item to it's original beauty and then polish it for free!

Sizing

If it is necessary to resize your purchase, the restringing fee will be applied as the entire item must be disassembled, redesigned and rebalanced. Please ensure that you are ordering the proper size! Please use our sizing chart on the FAQ page as a guide.
